This project is an example of how digital tools can support connection and deal flow within the housing sector. The platform was designed to connect housing projects or portfolios to impact investors interested in supporting mixed housing projects. The project was envisioned through a human centered design approach, and custom made to support market needs. The platform has been live since 2023, and has matched over $3 million dollars in project financing.
