This project utilized a strategic foresight approach to support how non-profit sector leaders across the province of Ontario would rethink their business models and operations for the future of the sector. The report was the foundational first step in a long term process to ensure the non-profit sector would remain relevant, competitive, and in service-to-community during a time of funding and resources changes across the province.
