Shift Lab is a social innovation lab that asks: “how might we create behaviour change around racism?” This project was developed in partnership with Action Lab and Edmonton Community Foundation. These organizations brought together five co-stewards to run the lab, The project ran two very successful lab interactions over 5 years.
